About the Role

The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for spearheading the optimisation of global campaigns - proposing, implementing and challenging digital marketing and media plans in line with Essity’s global brand, marketing and business development strategies. You will own the campaign budgets whilst capturing campaign demand and reporting. Managing a mixed team of specialists, you will lead from the front to shape the team strategy across all Digital Marketing campaigns.

The role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis covering Maternity Leave and can be based anywhere in Europe, preferably close to one of our hubs, but will require travel to our office locations as and when required per business needs.

What You Will Do

  • Contributing to the Digital Marketing strategy to ensure the smooth running of globally and locally aligned campaigns
  • Provide campaign specific media activation guidelines, including setting KPIs
  • Monitor and optimize media plan and creative assets, develop user journeys and A/B testing, oversee execution of multi-variate testing to boost campaign performance and reach KPIs
  • Set up- ensure optimal set of campaign including but not limited to ensuring tagging, tracking, keyword planning
  • Be the connector between local markets, brand teams and media execution (agency), contributing to campaign toolkits from a media perspective from inception
  • Run global campaigns for all regions. Responsible of the overall campaigns results. Main point of contact with local markets to align on campaign’s key elements (timing, budget, KPIs). Manage regular updates with local markets
  • Run local campaigns for assigned Regions. Responsible of the overall campaigns results. Main point of contact with local markets to align on campaigns key elements (timing, budget, KPIs). Manage regular updates with local markets
  • Ensures campaign integration in prioritized touchpoints
  • Generate and provide periodic campaign result reporting and final campaign results & lessons learned to key stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in a digital marketing environment, preferably an agency or corporate organization, managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong organisational and project management skill sets
  • Advanced competencies in marketing automation, email, social media & search. Google analytics (is desirable)
  • Experience managing multi market management campaigns countries with diverse cultures and languages.
  • Development and/or contribution to a broad Marketing Strategy
  • High communication skills, being main point of contact with many markets as well as global organizations
