We are hiring a Mock-up Representative to join our team located in Rosenheim.
- this is a limited, 2 year contract.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Order entry and control of orders in SAP
- Negotiation of lead times with production and order planning
- Problem solving in case of disruptions
- Finding alternative solutions in order to achieve the time targets with the customer
- Prioritization of special orders
- Organizing pre-assembly and quality control for sampling at the factory
- Main contact for sales and dealers for mock-up orders
- Organizing the delivery process of mock-up orders to the dealer/customer
- Provide information on quality issues to after sales team and troubleshoot issues
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a unique and memorable customer experience
- Continuous improvement activities
- Conduct feedback meetings with sales team
- Entering and processing pilots runs into SAP.
- Provide necessary documentation to our fitters for assembly preparation
Who You Are:
Required Skills and Competencies
- Completed a commercial or a technical training
- Flexibility and capability in reacting to unexpected situations ensuring deadlines
- Strong customer, service and team orientation
- Strong planning, organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset
- German and English are mandatory, other languages are an advantage
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Experience in order management and SAP knowledge
- Junior profiles are also encouraged to apply
