We are looking for a creative team player (m/f/d) who would like to make a difference in a dynamic, international environment and drive our collections forward. The highly motivated Collection Management BOSS Womenswear team is looking forward to meet you.

What you can expect:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of the development and sampling phase with adherence to deadlines
• Material developments in cooperation with suppliers
• Digitization/digital development of designs
• Drive digitalization strategy and actively participate in digital projects
• Research for innovations, trends, stories, sustainability
• Price negotiations, sample ordering and tracking, leftover management
• Submission of material developments in milestone meetings
• System creation and data maintenance in SAP/PLM
• Visits to trade fairs and suppliers
  Close exchange of information with internal interfaces
  

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of textile/clothing technology or comparable training
• At least 5 years of professional experience within Womenswear
• Very good knowledge of suppliers worldwide and an understanding of sustainability requirements
• Outstanding organizational, communication and interface management skills
• High understanding of quality, good sense for fashion, colors and trends
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Entrepreneurial thinking, open mindset and willingness to learn
• MS-Office, PLM/SAP and first experiences with 3D visualization programs
• Affinity to the BOSS Womenswear Brand
