Join the European Marketing Organization as the Automotive Field Marketing Leader and discover how you can use your talent to enable customer success using market insights, measurement applications, and marketing knowledge to accelerate the automotive transformation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Active contribution to global planning and/or regional representative covering broader EMO
- Create and implement regional marketing programs and tailor global campaigns to local needs
- Design demand generation program and execution for the region
- Own program tactics end-to-end, from budgeting, planning, and execution, to reporting. Maximize lead generation, responses, funnel generation, and order conversion.
- Access local marketing needs and deploy relevant tactics to maximize returns. Tactics are not limited to emails, social awareness, tradeshows, seminars, webinars, third-party events, as well as Keysight partner events.
- Create/Modify content for regional campaign deployment
- Align with the regional sales team on priorities, focus, and growth areas, as well as develop customer success stories
- Partner with Marcom to ensure sales enablement
- Apply regional competitive intelligence and business intelligence into designed programs
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly dashboard reporting and mitigation plan

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent in Electronics Engineering or related field - 5+ years of relevant experience with min 2 years in the automotive field
- Strong understanding of use cases and applications in automotive megatrends and their impact on their ecosystem. Understand the automotive market and customer’s buyer journey
- Fast learner with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively, while meeting campaign goals and deadlines.
- Experience in persuasive communication including messaging and value proposition creation, customer presentations, press relationships
- Proficient with data analytics and report, digital marketing as well as social media tools
- Planning and project management skills to develop solid marketing plans based on local business insights and field sales/internal business feedback
- Team player with professional interpersonal skills (in-person and virtually) to lead, influence, and work closely with cross-functional geographically dispersed teams
