Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Lenkung und Durchführung der geplanten Überwachungen
• Erstellung und Durchführung von PVS Checklisten
• Fachliche Führung der Fertigungsprüfer
• Vorschriften Verwaltung und Revisionsdienst
• Qualifizierung von Fertigungsanlagen
• Durchführung der Prozessqualifizierung in der Fertigung
• Anwendung der Qualitätsregeln prüfen und Qualitätsunterstützung gewährleisten
• Concessionsbearbeitung Q Task
• Bearbeitung von NC's und PPS
• Durchführung von FMEA und Improvements Maßnahmen
• Bearbeitung von Kundenbeanstandungen inkl. Störmeldeverfahren wie QSR, Event und NoE
• Organisatorische und fachliche Führung des Material Review Boards (MRB) im Concessionsprozess
• Durchführung des Q- Reporting

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• Mindestens dreijährige fachspezifische Berufsausbildung sowie Techniker oder auf anderem Weg erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
• langjährige Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau oder Qualitätsmanagement
• Teamfähigkeit, hohe Flexibilität, selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• gute Kenntnisse in SAP, PRIMES, Airina, MS-Office sowie G-Suite (Google)
