Wir verstärken unser Team im Bereich Qualität (TYQG11) am Standort Friedrichshafen befristet bis 30.06.2024

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Prüfen und Messen von Einzelteilen, Baugruppen und Systemen (Prototypen, Kleinserienteile, Serienteile)
• Vorbereiten der Prüfabläufe inkl. Beschaffung von Unterlagen, Auswahl von Prüfmitteln und Erstellen von Messprogrammen sowie Planen und Analysieren der Messdaten
• Bedienen, Rüsten, Programmieren von 3D-Messmaschinen, VZ-Messmaschinen und Kontrurprüfmaschinen
• Durchführen von Erststück-, Zwischen-, Endprüfungen mit Erstellen des Erstmusterprüfberichts und Dokumentation

Arbeitszeit: Schichtarbeit (4-Gruppenmodell)

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung der Fachrichtung Metall und Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Qualitätsumfeld
• Gute Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der spanabhebenden Fertigung, der Qualitätsprüfung sowie gute Messkenntnisse
• Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und fertigungsbegleitenden Unterlagen, wie z. B. Zeichnungen, Arbeitsplan, Prüfplan
• Gute Kenntnisse der EDV-Anwendungen MS-Office, SAP und Qutlook
• Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und Qualifizierung (z. B. VZ-Schein, Zeiss Calypso)

Einstufung:

Bis EG07 (Prüfer/-in 4; N_05.04.06.07_01B); je nach Erfüllung der vorstehenden Aufgaben.

Die Ermittlung des Grundentgeltanspruchs erfolgt entsprechend der individuellen Vorkenntnisse.

Die Stelle kann sowohl als Vollzeitstelle sowie gemäß TzBfG §7 grundsätzlich auch mit 2 Teilzeitbeschäftigten besetzt werden.
