As a natural-born Buyer Ranger, you will accompany our b2b buyer-customers on their digitization journey to grow and thrive long-term - in line with our business strategy and growth. You will make their lives easier by searching, finding, comparing, sampling, quoting and purchasing various chemical products online - all in one trusted marketplace.

Your mission

• Leading our growing international “Buyer Rangers” team (4 Customer Success Experts and 3 Working Students), leveraging the strengths of the team to achieve our short- and long-term objectives and creating an environment for professional growth
• Promoting CheMondis as the #1 trading platform for buyers within the chemical industry together with your team
• Serving as a trusted advisor to our strategic buyer-customers for the end-to-end sales process, building strong relationships and keeping CheMondis on their radar to convert them into returning customers
• Championing customer service and CRM, as well as assuring a state-of-the-art verification and onboarding process for all marketplace participants to ensure successful adoption and loyalty
• Capturing and sharing customer feedback within your team and with other teams to build a best-in-class online customer experience
• Participating in conferences, trade fairs, and relevant industry events to develop your business network

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Science, or alike
• Profound experience in (international) Sales and/or Customer Success roles, preferably in the Chemical or B2B / SaaS industry
• Experience in leading a diverse, international team
• Strong active listening skills and customer focus combined with a high level of solution orientation and proactivity accompanied by persistence and diligence
• Entrepreneurial drive, interest in new technologies and working models
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced scale-up environment
• Excellent English skills; another European Language is a plus
