Operational Excellence Consultant (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implementing and managing Operational Excellence (OE) projects and scalable solutions in manufacturing and non-manufacturing organizations within PS
• Being accountable for OE reporting tools, e.g. globIS, including managing service providers for tool development, tool management, stakeholder management and training of key users
• Knowledge management within glb Operational Excellence (GOE), implementing and maintaining standards for data and documents (digital 5S) and introducing sustainable platforms for knowledge sharing
• Driving digital solutions and integrating them into OE networks and into the Product Supply System onePSS
• Supporting the change management process for new ways of working
• Coordinating training activities related to onePSS
• Developing methodologies to assess and monitor performance or efficiency characteristics of manufacturing systems (KPIs)
• Supporting OE assessments or OE maturity determinations

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering, science, agriculture, manufacturing, data science, or supply chain management
• Several years of professional experience with a focus on manufacturing, operational excellence, project management or supply chain management
• Certifications in the areas of operational excellence and/or change management
• Experience in project management and project ownership
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial thinking and understanding, strategic, innovative and creative thinking, strong implementation skills, excellent communication skills
• Emotional intelligence, persuasiveness and the ability to enforce common goals in multicultural teams
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German
