Hey, hey, hey! If you’re 6 months late on a milestone due next week but really believe you can make it, you’re a project manager. And STABL Energy is looking for you! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our battery energy storage startup.

Aufgaben

What will you do

• Coordinate installation team and customer interfaces on the project site
• Communicate with customers and all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage the project budget, schedule, and scope
• Just like your colleagues, you will ensure that our projects run smoothly: Ensure quality control for installations
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, take preventative actions and troubleshoot
• Provide technical training for external partners
• Design and optimize processes for efficient and agile project management
• You also act as an interface between the customer, sales, purchasing, engineering and operations and coordinate their various questions and concerns, occasionally on-site at the construction site.

Qualifikation

What you bring (experience & qualifications):

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Leadership experience, open and clear communication, customer orientation and decisiveness
• Experience managing technical projects and installations
• Experience providing technical training to external partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills
• Responsible and goal-oriented way of working, self-motivation and willingness to make your operational contribution in a very committed team
• German and English languages are required to manage projects
