What you do:

• 
  IT Implementation - support or own solution design and delivery of IT solutions, services and processes within area of responsibility
• IT Project Management - acting as project owner for small to medium IT projects
• IT Change & Release Management for DHL FVL and selected customer software/ applications: ensuring IT changes are processed and documented accurately and well controlled and released.
• Internal and external Customer Relationships - manage and coordinate relationships and communication with business and external stakeholders
• Training and documentation - Define the need for and then support the creation and maintenance of required IT documentation

What you got:

• 
  Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience on autonomous IT position (IT Analyst / IT Project Management)
• Ideally: experienced in the logistics and automotive sectors
• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
• Fluent English (mandatory) / German desirable
• Independent, structured and proactive work style
