This is what you will do:
Als Teil des Marketing Teams PNH & aHUS unterstützt Du vor allem den Launch Coordinator bei allen anfallenden administrativen und operativen Aufgaben und Projekten mit einem Umfang von bis zu 20 Stunden/Woche. Nach Absprache hast Du die Möglichkeit im Rahmen Deiner Werkstudententätigkeit eine Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit zu erstellen.
You will be responsible for:
Ein Großteil wird die Unterstützung im Rechnungsprozess (Bearbeitung von Rechnungen, Kostenvoranschlägen, Work Orders, POs) und bei der Pflege der Budgettabelle PNH & aHUS sein
Unterstützung bei der administrativen, internen Organisation von nationalen Kongressen
Unterlagenmanagement Marketing (Erstellung von Verträgen)
Allgemeine Unterstützung bei der Büroorganisation und Vertretung der Assistentinnen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen
Erstellung Übersicht Marketingmaterialien (Lagerung / Abruf / Nachbestellungen / Linienversand / Bestandsprüfung)
You will need to have:
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an administrativen Aufgaben
- Eigenmotivation (da Sie möglicherweise hauptsächlich von zu Hause aus arbeiten), Aufgeschlossenheit, positive Einstellung
- Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch
