Tasks

• Development of algorithms to predict process parameters of bioprocesses
• Deploying, maintaining, and monitoring of models on our Monipa systems
• Managing analytical projects and specifying necessary resources for that

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge in Spectroscopy (preferably Mid-infrared), Statistics and Mathematics
• Experience with multivariate spectral data with focus on physic-based analysis rather than classical machine learning
• Basic knowledge in Python, especially NumPy and SciPy
• Passion for robust models in production
• Nice to have: experience in agile software development and Git Version Control
• Proficient English language skills
