Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for the implementation of onePS that requires understanding of onePSS methodology, lean content, and change management approach to successfully sustain implementation at the plant

• You act as an Subject Matter Expert (SME) in lean practices and facilitate the continuous improvement journey at the plant
• You use and introduce state of the art OE tools and methods, run internal training as part of our OnePSS initiative
• Review continuous improvement opportunities with Implementation Task Force (ITF) and Site Steering Committee (SSC), on plant level, to be implemented to focus on full benefit of employees and business

• Manage OE (MOVE) initiatives with plant team and partners
• You are the ambassador for cultural change in AC1F plant
• Develop and review site key performance indicators that provide a clear tracking system on manufacturing performance and drive action
• You ensure quality processes that support customer centricity and a premium product delivered to the marketplace in partnership with CP production management, engineering, innovations and IT

WHO YOU ARE

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Process Development, Chemistry or comparable
• Several years of experience in manufacturing and project management from evaluation phase to implementation
• Practical experience in Operational Excellence tools
• Capable to communicate with all levels within the plant organization
• Experience in the area of formulation is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
