We are currently looking for a highly talented and experienced Video Producer to join our dynamic team in Belin, Germany. This person will be responsible for both creative and logistical aspects of video projects covering the full range of Tesla products and innovations from automotive to energy and beyond. This role will oversee video projects from inception to launch, ensuring videos are completed on time and within budget while maintaining Tesla's video standards and advancing the unique Tesla brand and our connection with our audience. This role is producing-focused, but the ideal candidate is passionate about cinematography, has cinematography experience, and is comfortable operating a camera when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Develop video concepts that effectively serve business needs and build storyboards to communicate the concept to stakeholders and collaborator
• Create shot lists, shoot schedules, and call sheets for all video shoots, ensuring all necessary details are accounted for
• Acquire rental equipment and props, as well as hire and manage talent and/or external vendors when needed
• Coordinate interdepartmentally within Tesla to plan video shoots, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and involved in the process
• Be effective with time and budget. Be capable of tackling a single day or multi-week production, locally as well as out of state and internationally
• Work closely with a team of multidisciplinary creatives, to execute content strategies that align with Tesla's brand and objectives
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Basic DIT: offload and deliver footage to post-production team
• Manage feedback rounds with stakeholders and see each video through to its launch
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, continually looking for ways to improve and elevate Tesla's video content

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field is of an advantage
• A minumum of 3-5 years of experience in video production at an agency, or in-house marketing communications or creative service department
• Strong proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suites, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and manage relationships with talent and external vendors
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
• Hands-on experience with operating a camera or other video/audio equipment
• Operating camera, assisting with lighting and/or audio capture as needed on-set
• Familiarity with the latest video production trends, techniques, and equipment
