What You’ll Do

• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another with the logistics partners
• Arrange schedules, and coordinate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
• Ensure loads for shipment are processed in the transport management systems.
• Follow up on shipments with internal stakeholders and ensure systems are up to date.
• Support preparing logistics documentation.
• Manages activities throughout the transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met & handle customer claims (delays, lost in transit)
• Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
• Streamlines shipping and transportation processes in cooperation with the logistics analyst
• Other tasks as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in Logistics
• Ability to analyze data and understand connections
• Understanding of quality management principles
• Experience using Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Availability to work the night shift
