The intern supports the Influencer Relations Manager as first contact for all influencer topics within C&As European Marketing organisation. They research and follow social media and creator trends to catch the latest developments on the platforms. They help coordinate influencer cooperations with influencers or agencies. They help developing, organising and implementing influencer activities throughout various social media channels and support local activities in the countries.

Your responsibilities at C&A

• Support in the coordination of German and European influencer cooperations
• Monitor trends, identify possible (influencer) content approaches, analyze internal and external feedback and create adjustment proposals
• Creation of influencer briefings and concepts, including influencer suggestions throughout Europe
• Creation of tracking links and monitoring of content performance based on insights
• Supporting exclusive influencer seedings and supporting final influencer asset delivery to all important internal stakeholders
• Monitoring influencer performance with existing monitoring tools
• Close alignment with external agencies as necessary and support of influencer events

What we expect of you

• Currently studying or finished studies in Marketing, Business Administration or similar fields
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong online affinity & knowledge of digital trends, influencers and creators

• Research and follow social media and creator trends to catch the latest developments on the platforms

• Flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Open minded to continuous change and improvement
• Positive forward-looking mindset with "can do" attitude
• Fluent in German and English, preferably fluent in one more language
