What you´ll do
- Learn how SAP is ensuring the content quality standards before the content get shipped to our customers
- Performing consistency checks between several SAP systems
- Content maintenance for central WIKI pages.
- Support Teams on internal SAP Test systems and overall tests.
- Organizing and managing internal communication processes.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Bachelor or Master student in Business Administration, Business Management, IT Management, Business Informatics
- Enrolled on a German university
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Fluency in spoken and written English, German as a plus
- Proactive work attitude and ability to drive topics and tasks-Flexibility and readiness to learn new topics
- Soft skills: team player, open-minded, reliable, self-driven, flexible willing to learn, creative, motivated.
- Others: VBA (Excel programming), MS Power Automate, and first knowledge about SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud are a plus, but not a must

- We are Central Content Services team based out of 3 locations namely China, India and Germany. We are responsible to ship content in time and quality for S/4HANA Cloud and onPremise. As a valuable member of our international team, you will be supporting us in managing the deliverables for configuration content.
- Our service includes in the area of Delivery Management, Quality Management, Assembly and Activation, Content (Hotfix) Governance, downstream implication, Content Governance and Descriptive content
- Additionally, we are supporting various development programs like “Continuous Feature Delivery”, “Quality Initiative”, automation of internal tools etc.
- We work hard but never forget to be smart
- You will be assigned a mentor you will guide you to enable you to perform your job.
- Therefore, we are looking for you a motivated student who can work independently and can bring in fresh perspective.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
