What to Expect You’ll be part of the Inclusion team and work closely together with our Inclusion Officers and Inclusion Coordinator. You have the unique opportunity to build and support our inclusion work environment - where people with and without disabilities work together to accelerate the mission of our Gigafactory. Our growing team combines expertise in the participation of people with different disabilities, including deaf employees. We are the person of contact for our employees, managers, as well as HR and the works council. What You’ll Do

  • In your daily work, you will take on tasks in the operational support of our employees with disabilities, starting with the application process and onboarding to the induction and advice in their team
  • Actively support our day-to-day work with company partners and promote an innovative and forward-looking implementation of our inclusive work culture
  • Support the inclusion team in working with external partners such as the integration specialist service, the integration office, the employment agency, rehabilitation providers, the state interpreter center, or the shelters for people with disabilities
  • Be involved in the organization and implementation of internal and external events and support various projects on the topic of inclusion
  • Develop proposals/ concepts for barrier-free communication within the Gigafactory and bring a science perspective, also with international reference, to all topics of the inclusion team
What You’ll Bring
  • Preferably studying a relevant field like Social Work and Rehabilitation Sciences with focus on Inclusion of people with disabilities
  • Advanced Level in German and English. (C1 Level)
  • Good skills in MS Office
  • Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
  • Proactive work mentality and a strong team player
  • High level of empathy
  • The ability to keep an overview and improve processes
