About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Designer to join our growing design team. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered designs and ensuring a seamless user experience for our products. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and can effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with digital product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements
• Work with user research team and analyse data to inform design decisions
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Produce high-quality visual designs and user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design documentation and assets
• Provide design support to development teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology

Requirements:

• Relevant years of experience in product design
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design and visual design
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with cross- in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
