Aufgabe

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen (QRQC-Methode, PDCA, VIM und Dokumentation)

  • Qualitätsseitige Betreuung von Neuanläufen bzw. Änderungen der Serie

  • Mitwirkung bei Prozess- und Produktaudits sowie Mitarbeit bei Kundenaudits

  • Mitarbeit bei der Erreichung der Qualitätsziele

  • Mitwirkung bei der Fehleranalyse und bei FMEAs

  • Erstellung von Qualitätsinformationen für die Produktion, z.B. im Reklamationsfall.

  • Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Vorgaben hinsichtlich Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung.

  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualität, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie.

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
