SOLUTIONS & INNOVATIONS MID MARKET EMEA NORTH
Innovation is at the heart of our discussion with customers. Big data, Internet of Things, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Chatbot, RPA, Realtime analytics,… are new technologies that will help companies thinking differently, discovering new ways to differentiate, optimize their business processes. Our role is to inspire, ideate and experiment new innovative cases with our customer and partners, create new tools to engage in a disruptive way, and create a long-term trusted advisor relationship with our customers and partners. This role primarily focusses on midmarket companies across EMEA North (France, UK, Belux, Netherlands, Nordics).
MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES
In collaboration with our sales teams, technical teams, partners across EMEA North (France, UK, Belux, Netherlands, Nordics) and relevant Global organizations, you will contribute to build and roll out readiness tools, evangelize and identify innovative use cases to build with customers and partners as well as build and run new experiences for customer engagement.
Build and run internal innovation readiness for Midmarket sales teams (including first level demos, …)
Coach the regional Solution Sales colleagues on Sales Innovation Excellence Pitch
Build and run programs like Intelligent Enterprise Workshops, Midmarket Experience summits… with top customers and partners
Engage with top customers as executive sponsor
Create new experiences to engage in a disruptive way with customers
Joined action plans with stakeholders as Co-Innovation Labs, Global innovations team, Experience Centers ….
Evangelize on stage supporting key Midmarket events
- A customer centric, results orientated senior leadership position with management skills and a strong background in SAP solutions knowledge
- Fluent in French & English mandatory (additional EMEA North language advantageous)
- Creativity, innovation skills, team player
- Solid understanding of the latest tools and technologies
- Experience in building and managing global technical / innovative projects
