The Contract Implementation Specialist is in charge of the implementation of signed contracts, coordination of activities with internal functions, support of sales in the execution of given processes and supervision of customer status in a project plan in order to improve Customer Experience and drive revenue growth.
The contract specialist uses process metrics to report out the evolution of the implementation and level of conversion/revenue achieved.

A Day in the Life:

  • Provides project management expertise and act as the focal point for the sales team, customer and internal functional areas throughout the duration of contract implementation
  • Ensure tracking of progress by using the Implementation plan, Salesforce.com and PowerBI.
  • Develop a tight-knit collaboration with other internal partners particularly the relevant IDIR/Business Dev for partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, E-business, Pricing team and Finance; this includes as examples :development and implementation of rollout and launch plan by site
  • Keeps communication open between all team members via conference calls, meetings and project debriefings.
  • Coordinate implementation of pricing structure with Pricing Operations in Finance
  • Coordinate with Supply chain to plan for incremental demand and special product needs
  • Work with Finance to define requirements and implement customer reporting
  • Work with Customer Service to onboard the customer into our processes
  • Coordinate e-Commerce integrations with market makers and other e-Commerce related tasks including hosted catalogs and e-invoicing
  • Ensure continued alignment among contributors with overall implementation strategy and expectations and present regular status and plan updates to the customer and internal partners
  • Develop/Improve the Contract Implementation Package by using feedbacks from external and internal customers during the contract implementation process.
  • Train the Sales team and internal functions as the need arises

Keys to Success:

  • Strong Project management experience involving multiple functions
  • Strong leadership skills, especially in a matrix environment
  • Proven ability to independently take ownership of initiatives and drive execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to apply in communications with business partners, the field, and corporate personnel
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to influence others to completion of tasks
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio and Project a must
  • Proficient English. Second language an advantage
  • Travel – around 10%
