This cafe with several locations is currently looking for a talented Head of Baker to help the company expand its business range. REQUIREMENTS : Diploma in food and beverage with pastry or bakery specialisation Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie or Head Baker Baker in large operation, practical, strong in operations Familiar with Bagel, Ciabatta, Sourdough, etc. (bakery production). Adequate administrative skills with a flair for creativity is a must Responsible for the cleanliness and hygiene of design area and the equipment and committed to guidelines. Domiciled in Bali or able to join immediately.
