Perform tests or checks by following procedures and instructions defined in manuals and test scripts.This position reports to the Production Supervisor and based in Tangerang, Indonesia.Your responsibilitiesAssisting in management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift for area of Fabrication, Wiring, and AssemblyProviding regular feedback and making recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situationsHelping management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting prioritiesServing as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issuesEnsuring the shift operation is run in compliance with health & safety policies and guidelinesYour backgroundDiploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering with experience in manufacturing or assembly process for 1 to 3 yr.Understood to use and read technical drawings especially for mechanical and electricalLeadership skills to manage the working pressure situation as an individual or team Technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical .Microsoft Office especially Excel and PPTAble to create the working instructions, progress report, and scheduling process.2D or 3D drawing skills Total Preventive Maintenance Implementation experienceGood communication skills in EnglishBenefitsLife insuranceAccident insuranceFlexible work practicesMore about usABB's Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity.
