Essential Responsibilities:

Operations:

• Responsible for achieving all financial operational objectives including expense control, loss prevention, store audits and weekly report as required.
• Ensures that all company & store policies and procedures are followed and that the store meets all store audit requirements.
• Create and manages store schedule to ensure they support the needs of the business.

Personnel:

• Recruit, hire and train staff in the departments
• Plan, monitor and appraise employee job results, including coaching, counselling and disciplining of employees as necessary.
• Clearly communicate expectations to staff, and ensure that expectations are met
• Serve as an example of behaviour and high performance to store employees.

Sales & Profitability :

• Map out goals and objectives of the stores and set targets for accomplishment.
• Measures and monitors sales progress against key targets and leads through others to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Manages labour and payroll expenses to maximize sales and profitability.
• Identify, select and deploy tools, technologies, capabilities that enable performance
• Overall P&L responsibility
• Establish and lead e-commerce strategy and roadmap

Educational & Position Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in related major
• At least 7 – 10 years of experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce in Indonesia
• Powerful leadership skills and business orientation.
• Having deep knowledge in E-commerce, supply chain, retail, digital transformation
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results
• Proven ability to meet business goals by driving results through store team.
• Good attitude, open minded, and follow the retail trends
• Willing to travel all over Indonesia
• Maximum age to apply is 40 yrs
