About the department

The Insulin Sales team in Novo Nordisk Indonesia consists of highly motivated people who are passionate about changing diabetes and in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders. We educate our customers on our products and more importantly the disease area. We help them to make the right choices for their patients, building relationships based on mutual respect, honesty and business ethic. The position

As a Product Specialist, you are the front-line interface with healthcare professionals to discuss benefits and features of Novo Nordisk’s products. You have a designated territory to be responsible for and accountable for financial and non-financial targets of your responsible territory. You are given autonomy to conduct territory business plan, suggest and discuss relevant action plans with your Manager, and implement the agreed action plan in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function effectively to drive overall financial and non-financial performance of your responsible territory.

You are accountable to maintain up-to-date information on customers and competitive landscape, and report all the information into the company’s system on time. You are required to actively take part in exhibitions, symposiums and congresses, as needed, in order to drive high awareness of disease management and knowledge of products among healthcare professionals, and to strengthen customer’s relationship.


You hold a minimum Diploma degree in science or related with strong interest in Sales. You have minimum 3 years of experiences in sales in pharmaceutical company preferably in metabolic or Cardiovascular products, comply with Business Ethic, Accountable financial and non-financial targets, hard worker, drive performance. Understanding of sales process and dynamics, able to work as individual and as a team, smart, diligent. Area covering is Bandung.

You should have strong ethical conduct, a self-starter, highly engaged and positive, dynamic and result-driven with excellent networking abilities. You are able to communicate effectively with strong influencing skills to stakeholder.
