• Arrange the local and export shipment.
• Create timeline and shipping instructions.
• Prepare, handle, and manage shipment documents from end to end process.
• Coordinate with shipment agents, or government for shipment needs.

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Have knowledge of export docs such as PEB, ICO, COO, Fumigasi, Phytosanitary, Shipping Instruction, Booking Confirmation, Certificate of Weight, Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Stuffing and Isoprocarb Process.
• Able to work neatly and detail-oriented.
• Able to speak English.
• Advanced in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel.
• Experience to operating Google Sheet, Google Form, and good computer skill.
