Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and processes merchandise data as necessary.
  • Support merchandising team including running reports, analyzing sales and stock figures.
  • Work closely with the Operation & Warehouse team to allocate & maintain the flow of stock to stores.
  • Collaborating with finance team to generate purchase order.
  • Invoice filling
  • Assist Inventory Control Department & Other administration supports in the demand planning team Should be able to work in Microsoft office

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus.
  • Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
  • Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
