Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and processes merchandise data as necessary.
- Support merchandising team including running reports, analyzing sales and stock figures.
- Work closely with the Operation & Warehouse team to allocate & maintain the flow of stock to stores.
- Collaborating with finance team to generate purchase order.
- Invoice filling
- Assist Inventory Control Department & Other administration supports in the demand planning team Should be able to work in Microsoft office
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, Sales Admin in retail industry would be a plus.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package and filing documents.
