Apply safety agenda in the daily job, operate and execute in qualitative way the required processes, while improving the key performance indicators and production losses.

Responsibilities:

• Works in accordance with the defined and implemented HEINEKEN Safety, Food safety and Sustainability standards, in the Brewing department and local regulation(s).
• Realization of production output in quantity and quality
• Recognises the tags and improvement opportunities to solve them.
• Keeps tagging system updated. Executes the 5S, Tagging process, CILT and applies problem solving tools.
• Production Material Availability
• Shop floor excellence
• Clean and hygiene working environment
• Reports deviations and informs Brewing Team Leader for that. Initiates start of improvement activities, in case of deviation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with field of education: Chemical, food technology, microbiology, pharmacy, engineering
• Minimum working experience: 1 year
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work in shift
• Willing to be placed in Mojokerto
