Job Purpose
  • Maintains regular service to customers in a nominated geographical area or district in order to achieve sales budget.
  • Prepares quotation & forecast using SFT (Sales Forecasting Tolls) for approval and submit to customers complete with Interspec and International Paint Standard Condition of Sales.
  • Prepares regular reports on business calls and related activities (including complaints), in regard to products and customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and other relevant information and reports this to management.
  • Informs customers of new products and price movements, and maintains contact to suit their requirements in stock control and reordering.
Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve yearly personal target by volume, revenue and contribution margin.
  • Contribute to achieve yearly Budget of Marine Coatings.
  • Contribute to manage Minimum CM 43,6%
  • 100% implementation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool.
  • Contribute to increase selling focus product 5% higher than last year
  • Gain New Good customer minimum 3 by yearly.

Key Activities

Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in engineering, Naval Architect as advantage.
  • Have experience in the same business or engineering min 2 years.
  • Having good English both written & oral.
  • Computer Literate.
