General Description

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
• Place orders, oversee quality control, and keep track of shipments.
• Ensure orders are processed on time and delivered on time
• Work with fulfillment centers to ensure fast delivery to customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with manufacturers, fulfillment centers, vendors, etc.
• Communicate in Mandarin and translate documents to/from Mandarin
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Work with finance, sales, and operations team to determine best vendors and distributors
• Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

Work Requirements

• At least two years experience as supply chain/purchasing supervisor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google suite; must have a laptop & know the computer
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin (other languages a plus) with strong interpersonal & professional skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent time-management and project management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
