We are seeking a Garment Production Manager to oversee outsourced production of dresses, clothing sets, and swimwear. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring that production targets are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with them to ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules in collaboration with vendors, ensuring that all production targets are met.
• Liaise with other departments, such as design and marketing, to ensure that all production requirements are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• At least 2 years of experience in garment production management, with specific experience in overseeing outsourced production of dresses, clothing sets, and swimwear.
• Strong leadership skills, project management skills, and knowledge of garment production processes and materials, including fabric types and construction techniques.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with vendors to ensure that production targets are met.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
