Maintenance Planner

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create or change the Task Plan and Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule in the CMMS INFOR EAM database based on input from the Maintenance team (Reliability Engineering, Equipment, and Utility).
• Create a Preventive Maintenance Work Order (WO) every month from the PM Schedule that has been recorded in the CMMS INFOR EAM database.
• Schedule machine maintenance activities including calibration and coordinating the availability of materials and human resources based on the existing schedule in the CMMS INFOR EAM.
• Aligning the annual maintenance schedule (yearly master schedule) for the following year together with related Technical System users, for example the Operations and Engineering department.
• Coordinating with internal departments and other departments regarding machine maintenance schedules.
• Create a monthly maintenance report that explains the current and pending status of the month's maintenance tasks.
• Documenting machine maintenance activities (PM).
• Manage Work Order Corrective Maintenance and report status updates to the Plant Engineering Supervisor.
• Updating the CMMS INFOR EAM database, synchronizing with actual data carried out in the Operations and / or Engineering department.
• Responsible for planning, monitoring the accuracy of PM implementation schedule for production and packaging machines.
• Manage maintenance activities related to inspection, repair and replacement of large / complex Technical Systems, as well as initiating, monitoring and tracking Work Orders.
• Planning for spare parts that will be used during the implementation of PM (in collaboration with the spare parts warehouse officer), the number and type of spare parts needed can refer to the machine manual, or the history of use of spare parts and input of spare parts to be used according to the type PM at CMMS INFOR EAM.
• Understand the concept of databases and their relationships well.
• Coordinating technical steps for construction, modification and maintenance of facilities and technical systems.

Education
