Job Description & Summary

A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Our Facilities Management team is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a planned facility management programme that enables all aspects of PwC office space to be maintained at a standard that adheres with current local, state, and federal regulations. You’ll help provide a safe, clean and functional environment by ensuring the quality of mechanical operating systems, interior structures, assets, and life safety systems for all staff.

  • Greet and direct all visitors with enthusiasm, professionalism and courtesy. Provides very positive and professional first impressions to visitors, n otify the appropriate party of the visitor's arrival promptly and politely.

  • Establishes a strong rapport with clients, vendors and visitors.

  • Adheres to company policies and procedures, following all safety and security protocols.

  • Maintains records for visitor logs, records employee moves and manages visitor belongings if necessary

  • Meeting room coordination

  • Receive & record all incoming mail, handover outgoing mail to courier and ensure the receipt signed by courier.

  • Perform other required administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma 3 graduates

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Receptionist and office supervisor in 4/5 star hotel or equivalent

  • Preferable has a good knowledge in IT

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Pont)
