General Responsibilities :
1. Making a work plan for ensuring the security and order of operational implementation of the company.
2. Ensure factory and residential safety from all forms of threats and disruptions Implement and ensure the running of company policies in accordance with applicable procedures in the work area.
3. Supervise the execution of the factory's security functions from outside interference by making rotating control clocks throughout the factory premises.
4. Contacting / coordinating with government officials and authorities when deemed necessary to assist.
5. Supervise the implementation of security functions appropriately and correctly and coordinate periodically with the Chief Security in the corporate environment and Secoreg in South Kalimantan to align with the Company's environmental safeguard policies.
6. Monitoring the WI training in handling trucks in and out of factories, handling load trucks, handling trucks on scales, and company guests.
7. Conducting guidance and improvement (continuous improvement) of members of the security in an effort to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work.
8. Set up inventory of equipment, personal protector, and work tools in accordance with SOP and budget that have been determined.
9. Conduct interrogation to parties who are not obedient to the rules of the company and give reports to the leadership.
10. Ensure all security rules, instructions; both written and oral can run correctly and correctly and give a written report to the leadership of the company.
11. Responsible in maintaining and keeping the Company's rules and obligations executed with awareness in line with the right received by subordinates. Maintain and keep the work discipline in full awareness.
12. Carry out other duties in connection with his work as instructed by his superiors.
13. Responsible for achieving KPI respectively.
14. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
15. Responsible for the implementation of work discipline.
16. Apply quality management system (HACCP, ISO and Halal).
17. Responsible for maintaining and maintaining all equipment (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.
