Job Description:

PT. SMRTA AMERTA ADIWARNA, the proud owner of the renowned photobooth brand 'Sukhakala,' is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. This role will primarily focus on expanding our business reach, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth in Bandung and other target market cities.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market penetration and brand presence.

* Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

* Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to devise strategies for promoting Sukhakala's services and offerings.

* Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients, outlining the benefits and value of Sukhakala's photobooth services.

* Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Requirements:

* Minimum education of D1-D4 in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

* Fresh graduates are welcome; less than one year of experience is acceptable.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

* Proven track record or aptitude for sales and business development activities.

* A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Familiarity with the Bandung and Jakarta markets is a plus.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM software is advantageous.

* Have a private vehicle and driving license

* Have a laptop
