Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to support the build-up of overall Dulux brand equity by establishing clear brand leadership within consumer deco journey (CDJ) amongst competition across channel (retail modern & traditional channel) & platforms (conventional & digital media channel) to achieved overall Dulux brand strategy, brand health tracking scores, market shares and business objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Giving active inputs, feedback, needs and insight to ensure that product preposition stays relevant and compelling to end-consumers and ahead of the market competition.
- Supporting both regional / local countries NPD project initiatives by actively contributing based on area information like product management, R&D process, packaging/livery development, external/internal market research data, sales & key account, supply planning and demand team, as well as manufacturing, hence this position need to work closely within those cross functional team regarding new product development process.
- Identify and understanding all internal & external Master Data Governance (MDG) as part of NPD process.
- Be a brand guardian for overall Dulux brand identity in all forms of communication channel both offline & online digital channel.
- Regularly monitoring/tracking on the monthly competitor’s category promotion activities.
- Regularly monitoring/tracking on the monthly CBP (Competitor’s Buying Price) / MOP (Market Operating Price) category promotion activities.
- Working together with In-Store & Category team / Trade Marketing to create, execute & monitor brand’s consumer offtake program support and in-store brand’s visibility across channel.
- Working closely together with Regional/Area Sales team in Traditional channel & Key Account in Modern trade channel to develop, execute & monitor all the brand’s offtake promotion support & demand generation activities well executed and implemented as per program given to achieved short- & long-term brand objectives.
- Working closely with demand generators: painter’s team, and POST team to develop & monitor overall brand’s demand generation performance & activities as expected.
- Support on the IBP process to track all the brand & sub-brands related performance from SI-SO-Offtake as well as distribution performance.
- Working together with FP&A and Pricing team to develop & monitor on the overall brand P&L, especially for NPD project.
- Working together with Supply planning & Demand planning team to monitor existing stocks, NPDs transition, Ramp-up & Ramp-down process, as well as rationalization SKUs (Phase-In & Phase-Out)
- Creatively develop, execute, and monitor all brand related communication campaign both in digital & conventional channel, cross working with internal PR & external communication agencies to crafting the brand/campaign
- Create, develop, share, execute and monitor all brief documentation related to communication plan (PR), activities plan (BTL), promo plan (Offtake Promotion), digital/campaign plan (social media), media plan to external cross agencies partners.
- Create, develop, execute and monitoring all brand’s assets & marketing collaterals (POSMs) both related brand campaigns & promotional activities, including all the detail allocation to be implemented by distributor’s & retailer’s stakeholders within the region.
- Regularly briefs our Dulux Consultant (Brand Promoters) in the retailer stores to make sure all the program, key talking points, related brand features & campaign promotion are well executed properly in the stores level.
- Regularly do consumer market visit to check our brand visibility, promotion implementation and monitor the competitors’ activities to gain some insight that might be relevant for the brands.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in brand management as brand executive or assistant brand manager or assistant product manager as well as great knowledge in digital marketing, with handling streamline & complex organization business matrix organization from any FMCG/Material Building categories, both local or multinational companies.
- Solid understanding of digital & social media, content marketing, mobile marketing, CRM, e-commerce.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in synthesizing analytics for the responsible brands.
- Excellent in any brand activation/event handling with less supervision.
- Balance between great sense of analytical & creativity.
- Well project management.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduation in business/management/marketing/IT/Digital is a plus.
