Customer Support Operations Team Leader - SPX Express Department Operations Level Experienced (Team Lead)Location Indonesia - Yogyakarta The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Job Description: Memimpin dan memastikan kegiatan operasional yang dijalankan oleh SPX Customer Support Team berjalan dengan lancar Memimpin dan memantau Customer Support Agents memberikan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan secara maksimal dan sesuai dengan standar perusahaan Melakukan pemantauan terhadap performa dari Customer Support Agents Mengajukan dan membuat program pengembangan sumber daya manusia, khususnya bagi agen dengan performa yang tidak maksimal Requirements: Minimal pendidikan D3 atau sederajat dari seluruh jurusan Memiliki minimal pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Team Leader di bidang customer service Kemampuan berkomunikasi yang jelas dan efektif.
