With limited supervision is responsible to design, implement, maintain and manage the policies, procedures and operations necessary for Third Party Administrators managing unbundled claim services within the Business Unit Claims operation in order to ensure the Third Party Administrators service meets the needs of Zurich and its customers. Helps to ensure the function is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Job QualificationsRequired:
- Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Operations area within the Insurance industr
- Experience in insurance industry operations and systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skill
- Experience with Microsoft Office
TPA Management :
- Creating a cooperation agreement with TPAs
- Searching for TPAs with the best agreement and pricing that align with Zurich's needs.
- Conducting regular evaluations of TPAs
- Establishing good relationships with TPAs.
- Bridging the gap between TPAs and the claims team
- Evaluation of Cashless claim
