Job Description
Create, review, and evaluate all contracts prior to any signing that makes sure the company's best interest is met and they are in line with the Corporate policiesSupport legal operations team to execute all related issues on the operational function of legal team.Plan, implement, and manage the internal control function in legal Team.Advise relevant stakeholders on various regulatory requirements related to general corporate and procurement business operation.Attend negotiation meeting with relevant external vendor.Liaise and coordinate with law firms and corporate secretaries (where necessary).
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in Law with at least 5 years of experience as in-house lawyer in Tech / Multinational companies OR law firm lawyerPERADI License will be preferableHas the ability to work on a wide range of complex matters with minimal supervision.Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes.Has an excellent understanding of commercial businesses and their compliance.Has deep knowledge of legal aspects and contract drafting, or project management.Has excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, critical thinking, and leadership skills.Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.Adaptable and commercially minded team player with woo personality.Fluent in English, both oral and writing.
