Job Description

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the financial services sector.
2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring manpower planning initiative with growing business.
3. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions.
4. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and proactively recommend changes and improvements to enhance organisational effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

1. Human Resources professional with at least 8+ years of accumulated working experiences with strong and solid experiences from Banking/Financial Services sector
2. Experience in end-to-end or full spectrum of Human Resources both at strategic and operational level with managerial experience
3. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and competitive environment and highly regulated industry who are also a self-starter and able to navigate through fast-paced and ambiguity situation
