• Sourcing of target companies• Collecting documents and information regarding the target company • Preparing teaser and Information Memorandum • Communication with the target company • Drafting LOI/MOU• Conducting legal due diligence • Drafting SPA (Share Purchase Agreement) and SHA (Shareholders Agreement)• Closing support• For the investors green field investment, legal research of relevant KBLI number, required license, conditions for applying such licenses, any other applicable regulations.• Support for establishment of new company and initial setup • Review of contracts, drafting of contracts• Employment matters (including dispute resolution with the employee)• Any other legal researches or legal resolutions • Other related tasks as assigned • Final education is a university degree• Must have work experience *at least 2 years • Business level English • PERADI registered
