Job Description
Conduct comprehensive research on Indonesian market practices related to operations in auto finance.Design and optimize operational processes while establishing internal operational rules.Manage communication and contracts with vendors and outsourcing service providers.Facilitate the sourcing of manpower specific to organizational tasks.Lead communications with internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 15 years of total related experience, with at least 7 years in the Multi Finance industry.Experience and knowledge in loan originationBachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.Experiences in Multi Finance, Captive auto finance experience is preferred.
