Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Indonesia Leading Enterprise Company, they're looking for a Human Resources Director. This position will be based in Tangerang area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee annual plans and budgets for the Human Capital (HC) Development Division to ensure efficient resource management.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments and employees under supervision to monitor and enhance service quality and work outcomes.
• Identify and assess employee development needs and challenges across the organization to propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate and align employee development activities and programs among departments to ensure consistency with company strategies and policies.
• Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support company objectives and enhance its reputation.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development among employees to improve their skills, motivation, and loyalty.
• Manage the recruitment, selection, placement, and orientation of new employees to ensure the company has a skilled workforce.
• Plan and execute various employee welfare, appreciation, and engagement programs to enhance satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field from a reputable university; preferably a Master's in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational development and HR, with at least 5 years in managerial roles.
• Profound understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR learning and development strategies.
