Job Description

• Project Planning and Management:
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Supervise all stages of the construction project from beginning to end.
• Team Leadership:
  • Guide and oversee a diverse project team, offering direction and assistance.
  • Foster a cohesive and efficient work environment.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  • Monitor project costs and guarantee projects are finished within budget limits.
  • Allocate resources in a productive and effective manner.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all construction work complies with industry standards, building codes, and organizational quality benchmarks.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and perform routine site inspections.
• Risk Management:
  • Recognize potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Resolve issues and disputes that may arise throughout the construction phase.
• Communication and Reporting:
  • Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Create and deliver regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all construction operations align with local regulations and safety protocols.
  • Promote a safety-focused culture at the construction site.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, particularly in civil construction projects.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing large construction projects, ideally within the data center or technology industry.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Adept at handling pressure and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
