• Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of progressive HR experience focusing on HR business partnering or leadership roles.
• Thorough understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
• Demonstrated track record in building solid relationships and influencing stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at navigating complex and sensitive situations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, capable of translating business requirements into HR actions.
• Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and effectively managing multiple priorities.
