A Marketing Executive will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support the implementation of the marketing strategy aimed at enhancing hotel brand recognition.

• Effectively communicate hotel amenities and benefits to target markets
• Collaborate with local third-party partners and maintain professional relationships with local authorities
• Create and manage a media and marketing contact system tailored to the hotel's target audiences
• Work closely with all hotel departments to identify opportunities and promotions to tackle business challenges
• Assist in developing promotional activities, marketing channels, and materials for events
• Promote the hotel on Hilton branded websites
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently

• Ability to analyze key business indicators and competitive trends
• Intermediate IT skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to perform under pressure

Desirable qualifications:

• Prior experience in Hotels or leisure sector
• Previous marketing experience in a similar environment
• Basic knowledge of budgeting or cost-management
• Degree in marketing, business development, or related field
