We are expanding our team in food and beverage. Experience is necessary. You will be one of the front-of-house team members. Front-of-house staff are so important as you are the face of the business. Most customers regard their experience based solely on the interaction they have with staff - so make it a positive and memorable one! You should be professional, welcoming and friendly to customers of all ages. Food and drink is a huge part of The Majestic Hotel and something we take immense pride in. You should be proud of the place you work in. Requirements: Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal skills. Be able to work on your own initiative. To be professional and enthusiastic. Demonstrate good time management and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills (listening to our guests is so important). Attention to detail.
