HCL are delighted to invite applications for Full Time Customer Service Executive (Back office blended) for our banking client related to car finance on a fixed term contract for 4-5 months.

Please Note: This is a work from home position.

The successful candidate will be admin focussed with customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.

Successful candidates will receive training and kit required to work from home.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Data Validation

· QA documents and system inputs

· Submitting KYC Risk Assessment

· Back office duties (Blended – 90% back office 10% Voice)

· Understand customer request and perform the action as per the standard operating procedure.

· Any exception/Queries need to be highlighted to TL/UM will in turn check and provide appropriate resolution.

· To provide information to customers regarding their queries and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA.

· Any administrative ad-hoc duties as required by the process.

Essential Criteria:

· Ability to work to strict deadlines to meet SLAs

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with dealers, reps, manufacturers, credit as well as numerous internal teams

· Quality orientation with high attention to detail to ensure no errors

· Good PC skills due to multiple systems in use

Hours of work:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Operational hours Monday to Friday 9am- 17:00pm
  • Overtime will be available as and when required.
  • Fixed Term Contract – 4/5 months
