The planner will be reporting to the Plant Availability Manager, manages all the activities related to the management of spare parts of all the plants of the production site (Purchasing, Inventory management, registration in SAP) to favor an efficient and effective availability of the same.

The purpose of the role is as follows :

  • Contributes on availability and managing maintenance of the systems / installations
  • Responsible for Technical Material receipt, repairing and stock management
  • In charge of external and internal resources technical support, training and activities planning
  • He / She is responsible for technical service final accountingResponsibility :
  • Define, together with PA Manager, the implementation plan in order to assure that the agreed Local KPI’s are met or exceeded.
  • Approach to reactive maintenance with strong trouble shooting competences before starting specifically RCA program.
  • Manages spare part inventory
  • Initiates and analyses the work order. Manages all the sub-tasks defining which materials, tools, services and authority licenses are needed
  • Make sure that training activity for External people and Operators are performed according to defined OAC program.
  • Ensures and drives a high HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) performance in all activities.
  • Gives feedback to the Plant Availability Manager after execution of the work on possible follow-up actions and check operation in CMMS System (Computerized Maintenance Management System) ensuring notifications are createdAbout you
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Ability to work for Goals and Team Building
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP (Maintenance, Managing Purchase & Spareparts) E&I / Mechanics
  • Good knowledge of HSE, LMRA (Last Minute Risks Assessment), process safety standards
  • Good knowledge of CMMS and Borealis standard PC programs (Word, Excel, ...)
  • Fluency in English, Italian appreciated
